Complete the Bears form so we have the club information we need to support the player, plan teams and keep you informed.

Please note: completing just one step means the registration is not yet ready for team allocation.

Helpful answers

Common questions

These answers explain the process. Seasonal registration details will be published once they are confirmed.

Why are there two registrations?

PlayFootball manages the Association registration, while the Bears form collects the club information needed to support players and organise teams. We need both records to complete the process.

When will my player be allocated to a team?

Allocation begins after both registrations have been matched, required checks are complete and a suitable team place is available.

What if the details on the two registrations do not match?

Small differences are common. The Club will check obvious spelling or family-email differences and contact you if confirmation is needed.

Will a new player need identification?

New or disputed player records may need identity evidence as part of the Club and Association process. The Registrar will advise you if it is needed.

What happens if the requested team or product is full?

The Club will consider availability, an alternative option or a waitlist. A place cannot be promised until the appropriate capacity decision is made.
